Shipping and Returns Policy

All products are only shipped from designated and authorized Reed Speed shipping locations. Reed Speed drop ships or directly ships products via UPS, USPS, FedEx and truck freight. Special arrangements may be required for international orders or oversized packages.

All products shipped from the Reed Speed Warehouse are shipped via Fedex, UPS, USPS or Freight and require a signature upon delivery.  Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require a signature for package release. Fedex, UPS, and USPS have package pick-up locations, if you are unable to sign for the package. 

Shipping Issues

In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below.  Please note, all damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately. In addition, you must also notify Reed Speed within 5 days of receiving the order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may not be a candidate for an insurance claim.

  1. Take pictures of the damaged area of the product and packaging (if applicable). E-mail the photos to us at parts@reedspeed.com.
  2. Keep the product, its original packaging and box in which it was shipped.
  3. Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s).
  4. Reed Speed will contact the shipping provider once we receive an e-mail with the information listed above to schedule a pickup. Please DO NOT ship it back to Reed Speed.
  5. Once the product is picked up and inspected by shipping company, a replacement will be sent.

Shipping Rates

The Shipping Rates shown at time of checkout are based on standard dimensional rates only, and may not be the actual shipping cost charged to Reed Speed. If you feel the shipping quote is inaccurate or have questions, please call for a specialized quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted, a Reed Speed representative will contact you and let you know of any change in charges. International orders (outside the Continental U.S.) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information prior to completing your order.

Product Returns

If a product is ordered and then returned, the UNUSED item can be returned and you will be refunded minus our 35 percent restocking fee.  Please note, we can not accept returned items that have been used.

Shipping is not refundable for either receiving or sending. All items returned MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days.

Please note, all products shipped from the Reed Speed Warehouse are shipped via Fedex, UPS, USPS or Freight and require a signature upon delivery.  Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require a signature for package release. Fedex, UPS, and USPS have package pick-up locations, if you are unable to sign for the package.  If the package is returned undeliverable to Reed Speed or directly to a manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 35 percent restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file or deducted from the amount refunded.

Again, please note, Reed Speed DOES NOT refund any shipping charges.

Inaccurate Order Concerns

In the event that the product you ordered is processed sent incorrectly by Reed Speed, we will arrange for the package to shipped back to our location, and the company will send out a replacement.  Prior to making said arrangements, a Reed Speed manager will evaluate the situation and contact you regarding a resolution.

To Return a Product, Please Do The Following:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Department to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All packages returned without a RMA number will be refused.
  2. Package the item(s) in original packaging unless deemed unusable.
  3. Include the UNUSED part(s) and any additional information that was included with the product.
  4. Include a copy of your receipt.
  5. Write a brief description explaining the problem or reason for return of the product.
  6. If you have a receipt for the return shipping, include it as well.
  7. We DO NOT accept any freight collect packages.
  8. Once we have received the above information, we will notify you via e-mail or phone and update you with a status.
